Project Runway rehash!

Spoiler alert! Don't read any further if you haven't watched last night's episode.

Does anyone know how to prevent a toddler from throwing things at a TV? AB threw a plastic stacking cup at our (brand new) TV last night while I was watching Runway. I guess she really didn't like whoever was on screen at that moment (probably Miranda).

A word about last week because I missed rehashing it: the judges were wrong. Kahindo should have stayed.

But on to this week!

Things I loved:

Heidi at 5:30am. She might be a robot who never needs sleep and always looks beautiful.

Sue keeping her cool and doing the only thing possible with Sandro: giving in. I'm glad they were safe so that we didn't have to see THAT fight on the runway.

Timothy NOT forgiving Miranda or passive-aggressively saying it was okay. It wasn't okay.

And just because I'm a sucker: I loved Timothy's model writing him a card. It was sweet.

Things I hated:

The Yoplait aspect of the challenge was SUCH a stretch and made no sense. I guess they'll do anything for some scratch on this show.

Sooo Timothy tries to keep the design his so Miranda will be safe, and she complains? This whole thing was so weird. I'm glad Miranda apologized the next day, but seriously she went to a baaaaad place and quickly. Would you want to hire her if you were a potential employer watching this show?

Tonight's reason why I love Tim Gunn:

Tonight Tim was spot-on with his critiques. I don't know how he keeps a straight face while critiquing sombreros and inflatable dolphins, but he does it well.

Favorite garment:

Loved Jeremy and Ken's THREE PIECES including PANTS (rate the runway photos here). Not sure why Jeremy isn't getting any love. This is the second time he's made pants when everyone else made dresses/skirts and he's never been in the top.

Least favorite garment:

Hated everything else.

Best line of the night:

"I would just like to go on record and say that unicorns are not just horses with horns. Unicorns are actually cloven-hooved, they're more closely related to a hippopotamus than a horse. None of this horse with a horn BS." --Timothy

And an honorable mention from Zac: "She looks like sea punk Skipper." This made me giggle for a long time.

What did you think of last night's episode? I feel like we've been waiting all this time just for Timothy to be eliminated, and now the show can really start. And please no more unconventional challenges! More time at Mood please!
